Wild day

Just kidding. I didn't do jack. Didn't start a new book. I did go to church.
The only really exciting thing is that for 24 hours we have to wear our body armor, starting at midnight. Only exceptions are if we are in bed, or in our bunker. We can take it off while we eat in the chow hall, but then we have to put it back on when we're done. So I'm just going to hang out inside the bunker tomorrow. All day. This is all based on some intel that thinks we'll get attacked tomorrow. Yippee!
Oh - Today marks 1 month since I left. Crazy, eh?

Ry-
The new adventure mag showed up yesterday. It's about the rugby team that crashed in the andes and then survived (they made the movie "Alive" about it)So some guys recreated their journey, looks pretty cool.

Howdy RyRy,
I am glad to hear that you are working on a second degree as an English Literature major. If you need some more book ideas and want something that makes you think and feel like it might have enlightened you try anything by C.S.Lewis. I think that you may have already read a bunch of his jive, but if not start with the 'Great Divorce', very interesting, as is the classic 'Screwtape Letters'. I also recommend the 'Alchemist' and 'The Hiding Place'. Enjoy!

RyRy.. Please don't get dead. I'm sure that's not really something you want to think about at a time like this (the getting dead part), but do your best? You could read the whole Babysitter's Club series, or Boxcar Children. Gosh.. I'm just FULL of good advice!
