I went out to San Francisco and Palo Alto/Stanford for the JRCLS conference.  It was great - and Northern California is beautiful.  I visited out SF office, which was downtown and very high up, and very cool.  I saw the Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate bridge, the Pacific Ocean, and drove down the beach to Half Moon Bay. 

The conference itself was nice, made friends with lots of really good people, saw old friends, and ate too much food.
